Alan Kennedy, the proprietor of Ewarts Butchers, personally selects beef, pork and lamb from tried and trusted farms. With beef, hanging is imperative. Our own beef is “dry aged” for two to three weeks prior to sale, and is fully traceable from farm to shop display. Our beef, pork and lamb is then prepared by time served craft butchers to ensure a great eating experience for our customers.
